Branding is my game and strategy is my life. These are the two things I know best. The purpose of this site is to let the right people know how I can help them with their projects.

I’ve started this site and my services for the following group of people:

• geeks and nerds who are trying to build the next great site like flickr, facebook, twitter
• organizations who have great product on their hand but don’t know how to extend it to the next level
• those who have semi good projects but can’t think of ways to improve it
• those who have great ideas but don’t know how to start the next step
• those who have been building a site that no one seems to want
• those who have a good project but don’t know how it could become great
• you don’t know who would use your site
• you don’t know how to promote it
• you don’t know how make money from it
• if you’ve been failing too many times

While the above groups of people have the resources and knowledge to develop their dream project with the dedication of spending all those long hours building their dreams, what they don’t have is a clear and tangible vision. What they are missing is strategy. Strategy is like a game of chess, you probably know the moves and understand the game but the strategy is to be able to see the next 5 moves you have to make and predict the next 5 moves your opponent is going to throw your way. While you can guess the next 5 moves might get you by but guessing also gets you check-mate, you have to calculate and be extremely efficient. It is not a matter of win or lose when it comes to online it is about win-win-win situation. You as a owner of the site have to win (1), the people using your site have to win (2) and the investors who gave you the opportunity have to win (3). Also don’t forget advertisers that are probably paying for your site so they must win as well (4).
