Strategy has a complex nature. It is probably one of the most misunderstood aspects of business practice. Strategy is not what we want to happen but how we are going to deploy, interact and react at different stages of business practice, simply put strategy is about knowing the step by step process involved in daily/weekly/monthly activities and being prepared to make the right decision at the right time!

Process is everything

Our consulting services are targeted towards business startups, whether the project and company are wholly startup or a well established business is starting up a new venture.
